    Expendable Not sure your statements relating to Jim are correct. In short Jim was brought in by Leon to build the mine as his expertise was in this area. The tungsten price collapsed which meant they couldn't afford to take Mits Offer. There are a lot of assumptions that building a mining project is simple.
