    Sorry I have no recolection of Jim buying shares, he was given bonus shares from "day one" as part of his package because he didnt believe he was being paid enough, so the salary was made of cash, shares and bonus shares.

    You have to say one thing for Jim, he was obviously a "good negotiator"
