Jim's shares were bought back when the share price was 14 cents his average price was around 13 cents.At those numbers Russell would get $2,000,000 for his 15,000,000 shares.Russell and the board have never paid for any shares despite me pleading with them for 3 years to buy at market and show some confidence to the share holders .I asked Russell directly at the last AGM why the board wont buy any shares even when our share price was .007 cents.His answer was weak saying they weren't allowed to buy a certain times.This board were all nearly on the way out because of past stuff ups Jim fell on his own sword after share holders were calling for his sacking. This giving of shares is a total joke,If the Quarry owner reads hot copper he may just lift his price after seeing how the board are rewarding themselves. I still keep expecting the board to change the OR to an AND it has to be a misprint,or there is no need for the second clause as the quarry deal is done. This board continues to stuff up a good project,one of the reasons I got out the first chance I got. CHEERS
