I'm wondering about the timing for the meeting - 3p.m. There are 9 resolutions, so all can have discussions and from the annoyance that many posters here have had to say that could mean lengthy discussions. Then there will be a vote on each resolution, and quite possibly a counting of the votes on each resolution. This could all take some considerable time. I think an earlier start would have been a more reasonable approach.

And like earlier posters I can't see the merit of the second requisition - removing one director and appointing two additional. The existing board would then increase to six - totally out of whack for a company of OIL's size.
