if you are only going to read one part of all of this. scroll all the way to the bottom and read what Ian Mann has to say. Largest share holder and what he says is very very powerful.
Bell Potter has been all over this. Everything seems to come back to when Pattersons was favoured over Bell Potter to do the raise. Something happened there and then Archie is gone.
Now the shareholder block supported by Bell Potter want to put in two directors with absolutely no board experience let alone medtech experience. Whilst dismissing the co-founder and largest shareholder....... This just does not make sense.
I really dont understand why a sanctioned Bell Potter block would be doing this. This is a little flabbergasting to be honest.
Then there was the information that poster @chand found out that Life Sciences instead of Bell Potter did the previous raise. But the bloke that is a director of Life Sciences actually worked for Bell Potter??This is so confusing. I would love to hear a formal Bell Potter position on all of this. I may contact a BP bloke i know to find out what is going on here.
