What the directors is trying to do is.
1) distrac attention away from themselves
2) new name, so everyone forget what had happen
3) they hold less than 50% shares. They want to suss out how much opposition against them.
maybe we should call a truce between directors and shareholders. Share buy back at 4 cents each. We all call it a day.
