The AGM in January maybe the only opportunity to ask questions.

1) why change the company name... the reason given is not good enough.

2) when will the company respond to the ASX and be able to trade the shares again.

3) has the new factory become fully operational.. can photo’s be taken and added to the company web site.

4) what is the companies intention to use the $50m in the bank.

5) when will the company pay a dividend

6) has the spare industrial building been leased yet

Having the agm in Perth in early January is suspicious. There is no opportunity to call in to the agm or listen over a WebEx call
