i wonder if ASIC will take any action with XPD in china.

the directors think they can hide in china, but they forget. China needs friends, china will protect and harbour state own enterprise from foreign authority.. but as a private company.. Chinese government is probably willing to give them up, in order to win friends in australia.

we shareholders should write to ASIC, write to local MP, write to chinese embassy..
