let put it this way:

for 6 months from april 17 to oct 17, the total traded volume is

73.5 + 58.7 = 132.3 mil shares

divided by 6 months, this translate to average trade of 22 million shares per month

trade volume of 22 mil per month for period after the owner transfer the shares.

from dec 16 to march 17 the total traded volume is 72.5 mil shares, which translate to roughly 18 mil shares trade per month. this is the period before owner transfer the shares.

the different between the two period is only 4 mil shares per month.. that is hardly a significant dump...

also, i would expect as price fall lower, the trade volume increase higher... this is because, if people have $4000 to spend buying the shares. at 8 cents, they can buy 50000 shares. same $4000 at 4 cents per share. they can buy 100000 shares..

make your own conclusion, but i don’t think the shares transferred by the ownners have been dumped on the market.. if they have 6 months to dump, but didn’t dump. then it would have been a transfer to keep for long term investment... most likely transfer to a relative..
