looks to me like, this is a transfer of shares between family members, rather than directors dumping shares onto the public.. for had they wanted to con the general public, they would not announce dividend cancellation, then dump the shares. rather, they would have done the opposite. confirm dividend, dump the shares, then cancel dividend. they would have double their sell price.
