Therefore it is likely, the business will continue, as for wether the $50 mil is actually there. I would say, it is highly likely the cash is there and currently being use as revolving working capital. Sure, the owners will find dodgy ways to siphon off some small cash using various method and excuses.

As for shareholders, we hold an asset that is capital locked up.. the money is there, yet we cannot have it. Or at least not until we can roll the MD, and imstall a shareholders friendly CEO.

How, after so long on Chinese stocks threads, can you be so young?

Who knows how many shares they own? What if they had gambling debts and had pledged the stock to someone else. Etc

Thank goodness they don't live in Macau
