I'd rather the company spend their money on something useful, like meeting their compliance obligations instead of calling an EGM, but I think I'll probably vote in favour.
Whether you hate the Board or not, if you're a current shareholder, wouldn't you want to change code and get rid of all the XPD baggage, just in case it ever comes out of suspension and gives you a chance to sell to someone else?
