As somebody else wondered, we also wonder where Floate and company will conjure up $3m more of investor funds. Who ever the 'investors' may be they might as well pay it direct to the directors. They'll get it soon enough in any case. If by chance the directors do manage to 'snake oil' a bit of hike in the share price watch who'll be first to scamper!
