An excerpt of the letter received from JR & PK this morning:

"1-Page's Uncertain Future without Joanna Riley as a Director
If Joanna Riley is removed as a Director and the new directors which she has proposed in her resolutions are not elected, 1-Page's shareholders who have invested in a stated technology business may be at grave risk that the current Board will deploy the company's resources towards unknown and uncertain investments in businesses unrelated to 1-Page's objectives."

This is exactly why I shall be in favour of voting for Andrew Chapman. The money that has been invested in the "stated technology business" has been an unmitigated disaster. The last lot of figures released have proved that yet again. No thanks Joanna, I'll take my chances with the"unknown and uncertain investments" led by Andrew Chapman before you squander what's left in the piggy bank.
