I have researched what I consider to be in question and these are my opinions.
There is an acquisition that one party feels strongly in support of and the other not so.
The gold projects in Tanzania are several years form proving and the nickel is not something to brag about while the prices are this low. Either way more money will need to be raised for either, ( new acquisition v current). Divestment of Ntaka is also an alternative which will then allow funds for other projects but again hinged to nickel prices. As I understand it, the potential acquisition is gold and may or may not viable but my guess is, it has good nearology. I encourage all shareholders to contact both sides and get the story.
