I strongly share the same feeling as @Wack. BMP is here to take control!!
I can't see the point how its able to judge considering the short period of time since IDA was formed and Mr Campbell Baird been appointed to state that the 'directors are not capable of delivering the best possible growth strategy for the company'. IMO the current board deserve a bit more time to prove that they are doing their best for the the company and interest of the shareholders or has there been any notable instance which they haven't performed.....that i'm not aware of.
As stated b4....Not considering to take the risk to vote against the current board !!
Anybody planning to attend the general meeting?
