Hi all.
I thought that if anyone has or is speaking with either Brett Montgomery or Campbell Baird, you may wish to contribute to this thread in order to help process the possible interpretations.
I have tried both and are currently awaiting return calls.
I have stated my preference to which outcome I would vote for but I am not hopelessly fixed blindly by background issues that are not transparent to us shareholders.
One background issue is the lack of information surrounding the possible acquisition presented by a BPM associate. We will possibly never get to the bottom of this due to confidentiality and any decision made hinges on this information imo. The other major issue imo why BPM claim they are concerned as to the current direction of the company under this board.
If I can offer something to this thread after speaking to them both I will contribute.
I hope that in the case of either possibility, ( the board remains as is or the changes BPM desire are invoked ), we have collectively made a decision that will be productive to our own interests and not regret the outcome. This still looks to me like a transfer of power and control to BPM.
I hope to see some productive contributions and remind you that I am biased toward keeping the current board as is but open in my choices atm if there is any reason to show that such a change would benefit any of us.
