You've addressed the key risk Poet as far as I can see it and that is...."does the pegmatite ore body extend from PLS's ground into MPJ's and, if it does, is there enough of it to be commercial?"
Although your mapping may be rough it dows give all of us some confidence the ore body may indeed extend into MPJ's ground.
