Some interesting questions worth exploring. Had a similar query earlier which may be a clue:

Don't know what this means but a quick Google reveals that our tenements P45/2987-2996 (the southern section) werelisted for court hearing on 22/01/16 as being contested between Tribal Mining, Global Advance Metals, and Atlas Operations.

Must have been resolved in Tribal's (Tyranna Resources) favour for MPJ announced the purchase of these tenements from Tyranna just 6 days later.

At the time of Ann to purchase there was some consternation on the Tyranna forum why they was being sold with some arguing Tyranna simply didn't have the resources to develop the holdings as they were focused elsewhere. Hmm.
