The consolidation, IMO, is sought to bring about such a thing.
Who cares what the % is if results are absent.
If they hit what they're looking for, sh's won't care.
But if they're simply doing the consolidation just to bring about a means to raise more cash for SI's, which is what I'm hoping isn't but regrettably starting to feel is the case, then sh's will need to address it significantly.
