Lets read it again then together,

Think you're being a bit disingenuous @vendor,

He did _not_ say "...at a discount of 60-70%..".

He did say "... @ 60,70 or even 80% of the new SP..."

I.e. a 20, 30 - 40% discount to the post consol, AT THAT time, price. And I've no doubt you know full well, supposed "sophs" _regularly_ get anywhere from a 20-30% discount on the price AT THAT time.
