Very good move. I never quite get the viability of this phone app project and saw the possibility of cash burn on it as a negative.

A few points worth noting:
1. the back listing fund raised was not used on this app project;
2. no further funding intended for it;
3. a cool $1.625m current valuation on XTD's holding of this mini company now created that could turn out to be worth more or nothing.
