I'm not even going to begin praising management for this. I see it as a self preservation move.
It is obvious they have very little on the table at this stage, if they did, there would be no need for this as they would be ready to announce something significant.
They have not delivered any value at all to SH in many years. I would be happy to see them both gone and replaced with a management team that just doesn't talk about it, but actually makes things happen. There is so much bad blood between this management and everyone else, that there is very little upside for SH.
This structure of remuneration is a reflection of poor performance, nothing else. So I would propose a resolution to replace management rather than vote in a new payment structure.
