The way I see it:

Vote off Team Alex and he will either dump his shares, try to get back on the board or do nothing.
If he dumps his holding then it's going to be a cheap pick up, new management and lots of blue sky.
If he tries to get back on board then more blue sky because he will need to buy up to get the voting power.

Team Alex stays then nothing happens for a really long time and the price plummets to 1 cent because the market isn't interested and won't believe the spin after getting burnt last time.

Not hard to see what would be the best scenario for the share price.
