    We should file a complaint to ASX / ASIC. Any one who knows the procedure of filing complaints please guide us.

    It looks to me we shareholders are asked to vote without being provided with information that we deserve as shareholders. This is a material information that should be disclosed to Share holder.

    MYG board should also consider slashing the salary / replace the current Corp Secretary whose salary is above $200K ! (based on latest annual report).
