It was announced in March 2013 that MOT was to acquire PPS.
There was to be an IER.
The acquisition was to be performance based over a 36 month period.
Now three entities.
No IER'S on any of the entities.
The three entities now have control of the Board and the Company.
Baby Turtles blames previous Boards for the state of MOT yet the new Board have acted no differently from previous (6 months of setting up the Company to suit themselves).
