This is another Rohan Gillespie involved company, that has hit rock bottom like Regal resources, RER, now being ~ 2c after being consolidated 15:1.
They cost me the equivalent of 90c, which are now 2c.
Maybe these directors will have another consolidation which has reduced my share number from 200,000 to about 13,000 at present, to ???? sfa.

All the while the likes of RG and others being paid big salaries, options, etc.

Don't know if ASIC should/or would, look into these "schemes", whether ROG or RER.
