It looks like management is having a major clean out and starting afresh.
With 1.5 billion shares the task would have been difficult.
I would think the board has considered all options and decided this was the best way to go forward.
So it is now a case of backing the board and hoping that they can deliver.
I do not think these guys would be wasting their time if they did not believe that the company had potential to make them serious amounts of money.
Their track record in other companies suggests they have the neccessary smarts to turn this company around.
So I will go along for the ride on that basis.
