the company really lacks direction and they have failed to meet their goals time and time again, its hard to fathom rewarding anyone for the company's performance
the performance shares issued for the Cabinda JORC really concerns me, they clearly failed to deliver the JORC IMO within the defined time frame. They did some back of the envelope calculation to get the shares issued about 12 months ago and we are still waiting for the official JORC report. Does it or doesnt confirm that the performance share criteria was met? surely they cant keep drilling until these conditions are satisfied?
