looks like they are seeking approval to issue themselves more scrip through an employee incentive scheme aswell

first thing is first, you guys needs to earn these shares. Getting the share price back over 14c is not exactly indicative of good performance, rather its more a reward for poor performance, because the shares should never have fallen this low to begin with

C'mon, stop bleeding the company dry, if you want some shares why dont you show some faith in the company and buy some on market at 8c
