Good points you raise sushi. Could you please point me to where it mentions that elk will need to contribute 35m for stage 2.
From reading the most recent announcement my understanding is that total capex is $100m, denbury will fund the majority in exchange for 65% of the project and operatorship.
That 100m will essentially be all funds required until first production. What does stage 2 consist of?
