rather than argue about it why doesn't someone as Elk, I'm sure this was part of the contract negotiaitions and Elk have worked on an expected cash flow over the next 5 years.
Whether you agree with the method they are going about this the guys running the company aren't idiots (hopefully) and a simple question may settle this.
