Best of luck KEY holders my advice only reward them on performance be proactive and don't end up like the directors did to EGO. I am an EGO holder and just wanted to warn you all.
Remember most of your board except one has been at EGO in some capacity.
Just be careful, they will talk the stock up, dilution is well on your way, they will sell there options, my advice is not to give them options for at least 2-3 yrs, pay for performance, at least they can work for you holders and not for there own pockets, let them prove to you they can take KEY to production. Also you are almost broke and need to raise money, the same SI's will pop up as EGO. They look after there mates and never the holders. Just remember it was Patton who found gas for ego, not the marshalls and warris etc, they drilled all over WA for 10 years got paid obscene remumeration, lots of options and found nothing. ERM got patton to advise EGO where to drill. Now they found something and they are still doing nothing, we have stopped there obscene benefits now they are working for you. Just don't make the same mistakes as us, that's all I wanted to say, good luck to all
Just be very careful guys if you allow them to have a free ride you will pay for it in the long run.
