Just come to mind, EGO holds 52m shares or 16% of KEY, can CM use these as proxies for voting on all resolutions.

Surely be a conflict of interest on all these resolutions as per relationship to both boards and would need EGO SHER approval. Many are against this deal of previous sale and would reflect poorly if voted.

Any thoughts.

I wonder if this board ever has any intentions of letting SHERs participate in future CRs, somehow at EGO they are locked out of them. Thats what you call looking after the mates.
