So the directors would like to be paid 276k a year to run the company...Peter Ashcroft and Ian Johns. Were they not being paid before?? Only share incentives?
Some of these incentives are quite broad.
"Stage 1: the issue of 45 million shares to the consultant on completion of trial mining pit.......the identification of an area of mineralization in the Cato krona gold project in stage 1 of the work."
Reading between the lines.....they have found mineralization, IMO.
"a partial or full takeover of the company takes place at a share price in excess of 2c a share before a decision could or can be made in respect to the Varuna joint venture in Madagascar proceeding to stage 3."
That would be nice!!!! it then goes on and on about milestones for mining, getting to 3,4,5,6,7...10cents a share. All I can say is I hope the directors know something we don't because they are definitely putting in some pretty big milestones to meet.
Any chance results may be held back so that this can be approved and then the so called "last batch " of results is released and hey, presto we have 12g/t along a 2km strike line. Hey, I will take my 45 million shares now thanks;).
I dunno I am still trying to digest all of this, be interested to hear some other views on the incentive plan.
