    We have to all vote AGAINST THIS. if Sin-Tang Mining want control of FWL, let them put in a Takeover offer. This is a slimey and dodgey way of getting control of the company.

    I hold 500k shares across my accounts, and will be voting AGAINST.

    Taifeng will convert options that are 400% premium to the current share price, and Sin-Tang want to thwart that. Put in a better offer then!
