Initially the current CR came as a surprise, but when I thought about the benefits to the company it's really a no brainer to make the most of what's on offer. 10+ mil injection will make a huge difference to execute the companies strategy including manufacturing more of both ptx200 & 100 drugs which is obviously now in short supply.

My take is the insto's willing to support the company with this level of investment is testament to the quality of leadership, SAB, IP, and current programmes. Best bit is we also get a slice of the action on the same level to make it as fair as possible to current holders, so dilution is kept to a minimum assuming full participation. Once CR is over shares on market is still low ~209m with respect to most bio's and dare say relatively tightly held.

All it will take is positive news with ptx200 breast trial now finishing 1b/2 dose escalation and we won't look back, not to mention up coming AML trial etc. etc. Buying @ 9c will be long gone and a chance of seeing it through to commercialisation most definitely see you in the Greek Islands !!
