Thanks psych101, I had assumed the options would be listed. I see now that listing is not a given but is subject a process. If they remain unlisted then that cirtainty adds value to the rights offer as participation is the only road to acquisition of the options.

I'm betting that with 34 mill to 50 mill options expected to issue the company will seek to list them.

I'm sure that the placement recipients will expect to be able to trade the options and/or the fully paid shares independant of each other. To do otherwise would surely be problematic.

If the options do in fact list I for one would be hoovering up as many as I could while they remain of limited value. I'm still trying to place a listing value while the SP remains half of the exercise price.
