    re: Ann: Notice of General Meeting/Proxy Form... Not buying because of access to price sensitive info is always the excuse cited why directors dont buy. Imo in reality it is because they expect free share or options, for something they are being paid to do anyway. I dont think PA or other oil and gas focussed directors are interested in lrl.asx post demerger, hence stripping it of more cash than is in its best interest.
