No fair & reasonable shareholder should vote yes for the option package nonsense. It is completely without merit and against our best interest. The untenable trigger for the free options largesse, diluting all others, is simply signing any deal on PeriCoach even if it is of little or no value to ALT or is later unwound. The deal is what the key people at ALT are there to do and does not call for these special free options rewards.
