General Meeting for shareholder to approve resolutions

3:1 states Gemstone notes have a face value or $22 million
It goes on to state the gemstone notes are convertible into shares at A$0.5
Referring back to the ASX announcement 21/04/17 it states the conversion rate appears to be A$0.50c per share.....

if I am correct then todays announcement adds confusion to what is already a company that has been steeped in confusing announcements......

Please feel free to correct me if my interpretation is not correct.

Its about as confusing as to just how much this company actually owes lenders ,convertible bond holders and trade suppliers

and whilst my family still holds stock I chose to sell out above $5....now its a wait and see game for me
