Just read the rest of the announcement, geez…if all of the proposed options and c. notes are converted and my ruff adding up is correct, there could be up to 2 billion approx. added to the registry, pre consolidation, on top of the 2.7B there are now, from memory 1 billion were added in the last 18 months, no wonder they want a consolidation.
Looks like resolution 3 to 10 are setting ESN up for massive dilution…..even if notes or options are not converted, it is still a lot of shares, over 1.2B they are looking for.
Any opinions?
