And Rubes I am not sure who the underwriter is, I assumed it was the Bank of New York Mellon but that's just a guess..

So this is from Investopedia, dated April 2018. HK$500M is about US $64M. Where did you get the info that a minimum MC in HK is US $200M? Cheers.
