Hi IronChef, in order to list on the HK exchange, the company has to have a minimum market cap of US$200m.
There was an announcement to this effect last year, although it says that the minimum market cap is AUD$260m. Upon further research, the HK listing requirements is in USD, and it is US$200m, which now equates to AUD$280m given the excahnge rate has changed.
Also on this point, the exchange rate is very favorable at the moment making it a perfect time to list on other markets.
And Rubes I am not sure who the underwriter is, I assumed it was the Bank of New York Mellon but that's just a guess..
