Don't underestimate what some increased liquidity could do to the share price. It will help instos and large investors manage there risk.

Why pull the trigger now on a nasdaq listing? because something big is coming. yacov could have listed any time over the last year but he has chosen now!

Overall, I have always said nasdaq listing will be Q3. This is just another positive development towards a share price rerating.

Spot on mate. We need more shares available for the bigger fish to want to look at us. In the meantime, we'll have approx $35m in our warchest.
