I take issue at the repeated mention of FMS market being illiquid.
The market which includes LT SH want a return. When the market anticipated a T/O by Tio(NZ) institution s bought millions of SH. I suppose that’s not the case now or interest for TIO (NZ)
Off course guys BBIG rail is the most logical, one company uses it’s affiliate. No costing given. Transfer of funds. I’m sure they will come to a mutual agreement.
PIOP was ready for market in 2011, RK was going to mine a small amount for cash flow in 2015 when Tio (NZ) stepped in. if the market has changed in the mean time is due to there incompetence. There piers do it better!!!!
In summary.
2 investors and Tio(NZ)doesn’t go into 3 Investors Tio(NZ) and SH.
So since SH have exhausted there investment without return, get rid of them.
The scheme is sell now and get little or delist and sell later, most likely to Tio (NZ) ye for shore $1.74 /share. In my view if we’re on the market we have a better chance of making $.

Just got out of the bad boys room and served my penance. ASIC thanked me for my correspondence and advised I don’t need to send anymore unless they request as I’ve already given them enough info.
Fat chance, have sent them another 2 important complaints since receiving their confirmation that they are checking the situation. Unfortunately, I’m guessing ASIC could be closed from now or Monday until the new year which doesn’t help. Our good friends certainly know when to release ASX news. See FMS are using a very expensive lawyer and an expensive Consultant. Guess at our expense?
