    Spot on this attempt at delisting FMS makes an absolute mockery of the ASX regulations.

    Acquire 50.1% of ASX listed company
    Select BOD
    BOD request delist of ASX listed company .......

    Who requires 90% any longer!

    How bad will the ASX look if this delisting passes, with 44% of FMS shareholders wanting answers!!!!!
