Hi IMAC. According to the independent report, the dilution factor at this level will have little to know effect other than in the eyes of the shareholders. Which as you say you can see by the dumping. There is still more in play here that we do not know about and need to wait and see. No point dumping at 1.2c when in 1 month we will have $6M in the bank. I am considering buying more if I can free up some other stocks.
