I don't mind if he is a micro manager, or a nasty piece of work. Its pretty clear something is on because he comes on and everyone we knew for the previous 7 or so years was gone within a few months and it is a completely new team. That's fine, perhaps they were all dead wood anyway. The issue is, is he good at what he does, and are the new team he has assembled better? I would say the facts show that no, they are not better, no, he is not better, and no, he has absolutely no idea what he is doing. This is an instance where the backers backed the wrong horse and needed to surround him with a very good board or experienced fund managers. Which they did not do. They are all now reaping the consequence of those decisions
