It's difficult to separate the company and share price performance when you are sitting on paper losses but I was lucky enough to buy in recently and it looks to me like management haven't done a lot wrong apart from perhaps the Indue funding issue.

Countering that is the fact that they have got deals done at favourable prices and significantly improved the performance of Indue post completion. Their industry experience shows and outweighs any possible inexperience in running a listed company imo.
